The Unitarian Society of Ridgewood offers year-round room rentals in our modern, air-conditioned Anderson building, home to the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall. Conveniently located in Ridgewood, NJ, our space is accessible, thoughtfully maintained, and adaptable for a wide range of events.

An open, airy, windowed room ideal for gatherings and celebrations.

Seats up to 80 (tables)
Up to 100 for lecture-style seating

Anderson Sanctuary

A beautiful, spacious venue with stained glass windows and exceptional acoustics—ideal for performances and larger events.

Seats ~150 with tables
Over 200 for seated events

Haiku House

A quiet, shared workspace for readers, writers, and creatives seeking a dedicated place to focus beyond the demands of home and work.

Created to support deep work, creativity, and community, the Haiku House offers a peaceful environment built on mutual respect and mindfulness.

Annual Membership: $50 (non-refundable)
2-Hour Pass: $10
Full Day: $35

Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Membership is available to adult members of the Unitarian Society of Ridgewood and invited guests. Register with Alisa via text or email: HaikuHouseRd@gmail.com. Respect for the space and fellow members is required; membership may be revoked for disruptive behavior.

Location & Accessibility: We are centrally located in Ridgewood, NJ, with easy access to Routes 4, 17, 80, 208, and the Garden State Parkway. Public transportation is available nearby via NJ Transit bus and rail lines.

Room rental rates vary based on selected space, setup requirements, duration
and frequency of use and type of event.

Non-profit organizations aligned with USR’s mission may request special consideration
from the Board of Trustees.

Additional fees may apply for AV equipment, kitchen use, and dishware.
