We will hold a Town Hall and Congregational Meeting immediately after service on Sunday, April 27. Please make every effort to attend in person so that we have the necessary quorum to conduct the business at hand. Please contact Rev. Sarah if you will need child care during the meeting.
There are TWO prereads attached:
1) Proposed Revised Agenda, which moves the Town Hall before the Congregational Meeting and removes one agenda item, which will now be addressed at a later time. A recap of the By-Laws amendments that will be voted on is attached to the agenda.
2) Preliminary Budget and Cash Flow, which outlines possible future actions the congregation will need to undertake. We are seeking input and discussion on these matters, and no votes will occur at this meeting.
